Terms of Service

The Conflict Strategist (herein known as ‘I’, "me", or ‘my’) is excited to provide you, the client (herein known as ‘you’), with tools and techniques to get unstuck from conflict. Here are the terms and conditions for you to understand and accept while using The Conflict Tune-Up (herein known as ‘service’, ‘the service’ or ‘services’). I’m looking forward to working with you and I appreciate your business.

You acknowledge and understand that while I am committed to your success, it is my intention to work with you until you are satisfied with the results of this service, but no guarantees of any type can be provided, nor will I be responsible for any loss of employment or wealth you may experience by taking any advice from this service.

 

Acceptable Use Policy

By remitting payment, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions in their entirety, and as such, you agree that all payments for services are final. You agree to provide active participation necessary for you to come up with a viable solution to your conflict.

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information you provide and as such, I will not in any way be liable for injuries or damages caused by omissions, false statements, or other inaccuracies.

After payment is received, I will reach out to you within 2 business days with specific instructions and follow-up work pertaining to the service. You agree to perform suggested work, activities and processes to reach a successful outcome. You agree to be available during business hours for all calls pertaining to the service.

I will always do my best to be flexible. I am generally available during business hours 9 am to 5 pm, U.S. Eastern Time, Tuesdays through Fridays, and limited hours on Saturdays. If you are unable to make a scheduled Zoom appointment or telephone call, you agree to provide me with at least 48 hour's notice to reschedule at a mutually agreeable date and time. Multiple cancellations will incur an additional fee.

 

Please be advised, all services are considered complete within 3 months of purchase date. Unused services are not eligible for a refund. I reserve the right to decline your Conflict Tune-Up submission for any reason and will promptly return any applicable fees.

Privacy Policy

The Conflict Strategist (herein known as ‘I’, "me", or ‘my’) will respect the client’s privacy (herein known as ‘you’ or ‘client’). I do not collect personally identifiable information about you unless you voluntarily provide it, such as when you share contact and business information to register for The Conflict Tune-Up service (herein known as ‘service’, ‘the service’ or ‘services’) through email or web site forms.

 

I do not make your contact, business, or personal information available to anyone outside my service or third-party service providers (payment processors, appointment booking services and virtual meeting providers) who use the information only for authorized purposes unless I am legally required to do so.

Occasionally, I may request permission to display your name and feedback for marketing purposes but will not do so unless permission is obtained.

The 'Terms of Service', Acceptable Use and Privacy Policies are effective as of April 2024 and are subject to change without notice and at any time. Please check for changes regularly. Your use of this Site after such changes constitutes your agreement to such changes.
