Quality vs Quantity
There is a lot of communication happening these days.
We're zooming,
slacking,
texting,
messaging,
and of course, emailing.
When a team is very busy and there is a high volume of communications, we are deceived into thinking the communications are effective.
Instead, that high quantity is often a lot of miscommunications.
Effective communication requires intention AND attention.
Focus on the quality instead of the quantity.
