Don't Swipe

Wouldn't it be amazing if we could simply swipe away workplace conflict?

Just like an awful email from a colleague, a too good to be true credit card offer, even an online dating prospect, swipe left and they're gone.

Unfortunately...you can NOT swipe away conflict.

A swipe won’t get rid of it.

Avoiding it WILL make it worse.

Conflict needs to be approached.

Think of it as a conversation.

Then, begin again by saying hello, talking, listening, talking and listening more.
